Refund Policy

Consultation fees cover chart preparation, the session itself and a written summary. This policy explains when a refund or reschedule is possible.
Before the consultation
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the fee can be refunded in full or carried forward to a new slot.
After chart preparation has begun
Once your horoscope has been prepared and analysed, the fee is non-refundable. A reschedule can still be arranged.
Missed sessions
If you are unable to attend without notice, the fee is not refundable. One courtesy reschedule is generally offered.
Outcomes
Astrological guidance is interpretive. Refunds are not offered on the basis of predictions not matching expectations.
Requesting a refund
Write to us with your booking details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
